Synthesize Emotional Intelligence Theory and DiSC assessments to form more empowered and understanding of their unique leadership style and how to strengthen those areas of improvement.

As a Principal Advisor for the U.S. Air Surgeons Office, I implemented an annual training program for Directors of Psychological Health (DPHs). I established the Psychological Health Program as an Accredited Education Program. DPHs obtained continuing education units for their credentials to be current and provide case management services to the military and their families through coordination and liaising with some of the industry's top-notch presenters and experts in behavioral health to speak at annual training with no cost to the government, saving over $1 million in annual training. I created an agenda with content on best practices in leadership to help DPHs in their daily schedules. I am also a Strayer University, Jack Welch Management Institute, Executive Leadership program graduate.
