As a Principal Advisor, I established a methodology to create National Guard Directors of Psychological Health (DPH) positions and workload to develop across the United States and Marianas Islands. 

At the time there were 53 staffed positions, and by 2023 there were 123 positions. These best practices complemented the Strategic Plan I created to become a High-Reliability Organization which helped mitigate suicides and determine what resources were needed.
